Shipping & Delivery

—How long do handling, shipping, and delivery take?

Usually, it takes 3-4 days for us to process the order. It will be delivered within 1-6 working days for our US customers when it is out for delivery from our warehouse. Regions such as AK, PR, HI may take longer. In other countries, we’ll have to deliver from our China supplier. It will take a longer time. (Welder 6-8 working, not available at the moment, helmet without battery  15-20 working days, or longer)

—What shipping service do you use?

UPS, USPS, Fedex, or other express chosen by our warehouse. Not able to designate courier.

—Something is wrong with my order. How do I get in touch?

Please contact our support team with your oder number starting with #TEMWELD info@temweld.com, our team will assist you promptly.

—How do I change or cancel the order？

  • Please contact our support team with details info@temweld.com , or call Call us at：+86-15631777222 9AM-9PM EST, our support gagent will assist you with the change.
  • Note: All changes or cancellation should be made within 1 day of the order time. Or the change or cancellation will not be available if it is already handover to warehouse. If it is too late to cancel, customer will need to shoulder the shipping cost to return the product. 

—How do I track my order delivery?

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you, you could track with it.

—My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Please contact our support team with details via info@temweld.com, they will assist you to solve the issue with the express.

—What are your return and refund policy?

—Why Was I Charged Extra Fees?

  1. Transparent Order Amounts:
    We only charge the amounts specified in your order, including the product price and shipping fees. No additional fees are applied by us.
  2. International Transaction Fees:
    Some banks may charge additional fees, such as "international transaction fees" or "currency conversion fees" for cross-border transactions. These fees are determined by your issuing bank, not by us.
  3. Refund Guidance for Fees:
    If you have any questions about these additional fees, we recommend contacting your bank directly to inquire or request a refund.


—Can I choose a specific shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)?

  • Orders ship from our warehouse and are handed over to courier services. The carrier is automatically assigned based on your delivery address, so we can’t guarantee a specific one.
  • If you have a preferred carrier, please reach out before placing your order and we’ll let you know if it’s available.

—Can I use foot pedal with the welders?

All TEMWELL MIG welders are not compatible with a foot pedal as there’s no two-pin plug for it on the welder panel and it uses valve-controlled TIG torch. We could use TIG-205P-PRO, TIG-200P-ACDC-PRO,CT2050 with a 5-pin foot pedal. It could control the on/off and amperage conctrol. (The foot pedal is optional and need to purchase separately.）

—Does TEMWELL MIG welder support TIG?

  • TEMWELDMIG welders support lift TIG welding additioal TIG torch.

  • FLUX-135-PRO/YWM-160/MP200--WP-17V-10

—Can I use other torches for the welder？

  • We recommend to use the torch comes with the welder.
  • For MIG welder, it's compatible with all European connector MIG torch.
  • For TIG welder/Cutter, it's compatible with M16*1.5 connector torch. TIG-205DS is compatible with 5/8"-18RH connetor torch.

—Do you have Aluminum Welders?

  • We have Aluminum MIG welders and ACDC TIG welder.
  • MIG welder: MIG-205DS-B and MIG-250PRO-SG, YWM-200
  • TIG welder: TIG-200P-ACDC-PRO/CT2050 welder.

—Can I use spool gun with TEMWELL MIG Aluminum welder?

It is compatible with YesWelder MIG welder with Maunal MIG setting.

Right now, all TEMWELD MIG aluminum welder could support a spool gun.

—Do you have welders for AC TIG and MIG function？

We don't have welders come with neither AC TIG nor MIG function.

—Do you have AC output welders?

Most of our welders comes DC output, only TIG-200P-ACDC-PRO /CT2050 comes with both DC and AC output.

—Does the cutter come with an air compressor?

All our cutters don't come with an air compressor. It needs to connect with an external air compressor, recommended 4-7CFM.

Product: Helmets

—Does LYG-R100A support a cheater lens or wearing glasses?

It could support wearing glasses. So it is not necessary to purchase a cheater for it.

—Do all helmets come with a headgear?

Our helmets come with a headgear inside.

—My helmet is not auto-darkening, what do I do?

1. Make sure the helmet only work under tungsten bulb or in the welding . It will not work under sunshine or flashing camera or led light。

. If there’s a test button, please check if it works. (Note: Make sure it is in welding mode)

3. Adjust the sensitivity to the max, adjust the delays and shades.

4. Test the battery if it is dead. (Normally, it’s 3V).

5. Make sure the battery is put inside correctly. 

6. Make sure there‘s no dust on the sensors or the len.

—Can I use cheater lens or Magnifying Lens with the helmet?

All of our helmets are compatible with standard 2" x 4.25"Magnifying Lens/cheater lens.

—Can I use a hard hat?

Our helmets are not compatible with a hard hat.
